Raindance Premiere Tix, DVD Available NOW online, Live Performance in LONDON..
Good morning,
D.C., Boston, Philly, New York, Toronto, Chicago. It’s been a bit of a blur, but the good kind, where you can’t wait to see what happens next, and there’s a string section accompanying you.. We’ve been wandering into cities with our friends and cohorts the Calder Quartet, and setting up our instruments inside some unique, historical sites: a synagogue, a church, a former vaudeville theatre, an old suffragist meeting hall.. We’re still reeling from the experience and currently hurtling across the country, back to the West Coast. Seattle, San Francisco, L.A., we’ll see you in a few.

CLIPS:
Vevo recently posted the DVD performance of the title track “All I Ever Wanted.” To watch it, click HERE.
Also, AbsolutePunk.net posted a video of our cover of “The Book of Love” by the Magnetic Fields at Disney Hall. It’s a song close to our hearts. You can watch that one HERE.
BUYING THE FILM:
The official release date for the DVD is September 28th in North America and October 4th in Europe. However, you can buy the DVD and Blu-ray NOW at our online store HERE.
We’ll ship them out immediately. And because we run this store ourselves, all proceeds go directly to us, instead of a third-party vendor. If you’d like to show your support, this definitely helps. You’ll also be able to buy the DVD and Blu-ray at all of our shows.
Q&A:
Last week, we screened an excerpt of All I Ever Wanted online and took questions afterward. If you missed the live discussion with us, director Jon Danovic, and producer Pete Galli, you can check it on our website HERE.

I just received my copy of All I Ever Wanted this afternoon. FANTASTIC! I hope that the upcoming album has all of the same great symphonic elements as this live recording. What a great production!

p.s. Anna, you look so pretty in that gown. well, you always look pretty. but, yeah, you get me…?
I just got back from the Seattle show. It was so great! I’m still excited from the show. Had one of the greatest times in awhile.
My friend and I were lucky enough to see the band at Town Hall in NYC on 9/11. We were even more fortunate to meet the band before the show, take some pics with them and have them autograph the All I Ever Wanted DVD and CD. This was my 6th time seeing them perform and with the Calder Quartet, this may have been the best show yet, with the possible exception of the London show at the KOKO. The members of this band are ambitious but not the kind of ambition that simply seeks fame or rock god status. They are ambitious to be excellent in their performance, which is way cooler. It is not a great prediction to say that Airborne’s next record will be well received by their fans and the critics. We have already heard instant classics like The Losing and All I Ever Wanted – great lyrics and great music. Pretty hard to pull off but Airborne does it with 5 very talented and good people.
The DVD is one of the best live concert films ever produced and you got to give a nod to their manager, Pete Galli. He’s got to be one of the hardest working managers for a band currently working and a very nice guy too. We bumped into him in NYC after the show while we were stumbling out of a bar. He was with Anna’s brother, Andrew and Ben, half of the Calder Quartet. When you watch the DVD, watch it again with the commentary from the band members and you will get a whole new appreciation of what makes these people tick. Well worth it. I can’t wait for the new record and the next tour.
