Neda: 2 Year Anniversary
We wrote this song last year in remembrance of Neda Agha-Soltan, who was shot and killed on the streets of Tehran by a government militia group on June 20, 2009 during a peaceful protest of the disputed Iranian presidential election.
Many others died that week and more were wrongfully imprisoned, beaten, tortured and executed in the year since.

You guys are great people for doing things like this. 🙂
This song rocks – hope to hear it at Summerfest in Milwaukee this weekend!
This happened on my birthday. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
Imposible to buy the song in Spain!!!!
How can anyone listen to this and not want to share it with the world. I think this song should be an anthem for our generation, no matter your nationality.
Please share it with everyone you know. Remember 6 degrees of separation.
” I AM NEDA,” and I will never forget. Thank you for reminding me how I feel about this amazing, courageous woman who just wanted freedom and democracy for her people.
For those of you whom (grammar?) hearing this girls story is new there is an HBO documentary about Neda and you can see it in it’s entirety on You Tube.
TATE- You’re amazing and we love you.
Thanks for caring enough to write such a beautiful song to remember such a beautiful girl, I won’t forget……
Being born and raised in the streets of Tehran, I want to thank you lovely people for creating such an amazingly touching song. It still brings tears to my eyes anytime I listen to it.
I Love you!
