We’ve added a third show at the El Rey in LA on Wednesday, April 1 and a third show at the Bowery Ballroom in New York on Wednesday, April 8.
Last week, both shows sold out again in under 30 seconds.
Last Thursday’s password pre-sale was a success. Over half of all tickets to both shows were sold only to those (like you, dear reader) who would know the answer to a trivia question about the band. We will be adding more tickets to this week’s Thursday password pre-sale in hopes of building on this success.
To review the fan pre-sale process: in order to purchase a ticket on Thursday, you must enter a password. The password will be the answer to a trivia question that a fan would know the answer to. It will be tweeted out by our Twitter account (@airborne_toxic) approximately one minute before the tickets go on sale (Noon ET on Thursday for the Bowery Ballroom, 10am PT on Thursday for the El Rey).
Follow us on Twitter at @Airborne_Toxic to get the trivia question one minute before the tickets go on sale.
This is only the beginning.
We’ll see you there–
Mikel and Steven and Daren and Adrian
p.s.: In an effort to counter online resellers we have instructed our promoters to do sweeps of any tickets purchased either in bulk or using software. Those tix will be refunded and we will make them available to fans as appropriate. Also, we have been informed that some tickets being sold on secondary market ticket platforms could be counterfeit and not accepted at the door on the night of the show and we thus recommend that you avoid them.
Wednesday‘s pre-sale tickets will be sold on our website.
– Link will go live when pre-sale begins
– Pre-sale tickets are will call only
– Pre-sale tickets will incur one total handling/shipping fee per order for as many tickets or merchandise per ordered.
Thursday‘s pre-sale tickets will need a password. The password will be the answer to a trivia question that a fan would know the answer to. The question will be tweeted out by our Twitter account (@airborne_toxic) 1 minute before going on sale.
Friday tickets are general on-sale for the public.
